Role Overview: High Rise Rope Access Technician
You’ll perform exterior high-rise cleaning services using professional rope access systems.
Key Responsibilities
- High-rise window and building cleaning using rope access
- Pressure washing and exterior cleaning
- Set up, inspect, and maintain rope access systems and equipment
- Perform work safely and to quality standards with no damage
- Represent the Window Hero professionally with customers

What We’re Looking For
- Rope access or high-rise experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Great customer service skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Background check required
