What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect, engage, and close new clients with your persuasive charm and expert negotiating skills.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets to maximize your commission potential.
  • Work independently with the freedom to manage your schedule and sales approach.

Who We Are: At Window Hero, we’re a leader in exterior home services: gutter guards, window cleaning, pressure washing, and house washing. We take care of homes so our customers don't have to!
 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Sell jobs and manage inbound sales calls
  • Own the sales process start to finish
  • Schedule service appointments for customers
  • Talk to customers and prospects on the phone
  • Speak with customers about additional services
  • Acquire new commercial and residential customers through personal contacts and community networking groups
  • Weekly goal setting and review meeting

REQUIREMENTS
  • Positive attitude is a MUST
  • Willingness to be teachable and coachable is a MUST
  • Prior sales experience strongly preferred
  • Must have reliable transportation to go to and from work
  • Customer service oriented
  • Technically savvy and proficient using Microsoft Suite
  • Must be social media proficient
  • Experienced with excellent communication and phone skills
  • Business casual dress and appearance
  • Ability to pass a drug and background check
 

 
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
