Position Overview:
We are seeking a Window Washer and pressure Washing Technician to join our team. This role offers tremendous room for growth and advancement. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in window cleaning and pressure washing (Window Cleaning A Requirement/We Can Train Pressure Washing) and has sales and leadership skills. This position will evolve as the company continues to grow, so being good with clients, being able to cross-sell, and leading a future team are critical.ย
Key Responsibilities:

Perform professional window cleaning and pressure washing for residential and commercial properties in Scottsdale and surrounding areas.
โ Utilize industry-leading tools and equipment to achieve high-quality results.
โ Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
โ Follow safety protocols, including proper ladder usage and equipment handling.
โ Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment.
โ Contribute to sales efforts and help grow the business.
โ Display leadership qualities and mentor junior team members when needed.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pressure washing and window cleaning.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.ย
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation. (Public Transportation Not Accepted)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders.
- Strong sales and leadership skills preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
